LOGISTIC SERVICES PROVIDER

LSP-SSI acts as Logistic Services Provider (LSP) for the marine petrolchemichal and liquefied gas transport rendering its services with H24 attendance .

Main duties can be recapitulate as follows:

- Management of Marine Transport (click here)

Instruct ship’s Master on voyage(s) to perform, quantities, qualities complete with all commercial details
Inform and instruct all parties in the ports involved
Checking cargo documents, eventual letter of protest (LOP) issued by the Mster and/or shore, navigation reports, Port Log, , calculation of demurrage,if any

Programm the supply of IFO and MDO at various ports minimizing times and costs
Nominate the supplier who granted more convenient conditions
Checking related invoices and timing
Input of datas in the SAP system

Receive and analyze Pro-Formas for vessel’s D/A at each call
Carefull check of all D/A to verify if have been issued according to the Official tariffs or agreed rates, check and investigate reasons of debits
Input of datas in the SAP system for their final settlement

- Monitoring of vessl’s performances (click here)

Day by day monitoring of performances and costs: Speed, consumption, port costs, bunker cost, meteo conditions
Issuance of Statistics to be provided on monthly, quarterly and semestral basis
Checking of deviation from Charter Party issuing related “Off Hire” debit notes , if the case
Charter Parties post fixture control
Professional assistance to Principals during meeting with vessel’s Ship owners
